If you are hiring, the first conversation is a briefing. We want to understand the role, the team it sits in, the business context around it, and what good actually looks like to you. That conversation shapes the search. We will also tell you honestly whether the mandate is one we are the right firm for.

If you are a candidate, your details go to the consultant who covers your sector and level. If your profile fits a live mandate, you will hear from us. If it does not, your details stay with us for roles that come later.

No. Mindfield never charges candidates, at any stage, for any reason. We are paid by the organisations who engage us to hire. There is no fee to send us your CV, no fee to be represented, and no fee if you are placed. Any approach that asks you to pay to be considered for a role is not coming from us.

The Middle East and Africa, led from our Dubai office.

That covers the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf, Egypt, the Levant and North Africa, and East, West and Southern Africa. If you are hiring into the region from outside it, or hiring someone to relocate into it, that is work we do routinely.

If your mandate sits outside these regions, tell us anyway. We will say so plainly and, where we can, point you to someone better placed.
