On average, Mindfield delivers a qualified shortlist within 15 working days of the debrief. From brief sign-off to accepted offer, factoring in client and board availability, most searches close within 8 to 12 weeks.
For mandates across Africa, add 10 working days. That is built into how we plan from day one.
