Job Description

Our Client:

A well established Food Manufacturing business growing at a rapid pace by continuously evolving its “thought” and “strategy” is looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Your Role:

You would lead the business strategy and support the company’s agenda of delivering growth, share and profit performance through the development & execution of business strategies & the implementation of sustainable financial processes while maintaining sound financial controls and business practices. You would optimize business performance by forecasting, planning & business analysis processes while managing cost-effective stewardship of the company’s assets and operations including treasury. You would be responsible for the efficient management of the multi-layered Finance team, including hiring, development & training resources, maximizing resource allocation & personal growth; developing Business Continuity Plan; implementing & leveraging the ERP systems to reduce manual work to improve control effectiveness and improve work-life balance; ensuring financial Integrity of local operations by safeguarding company’s assets & prudent balance sheet management. Working in close connection with the CEO you will be working at high strategic levels along with the ability to roll up your sleeves to optimize the current systems.

Must Haves:

ü You must be based in KSA currently.

ü Must be fluent in both Arabic & English.

ü Educational Qualification: B.A. in Accounting or equivalent, (CMA, CPA, FCA) is a plus, Master degree is preferred.

ü A minimum of twelve years of experience in accounting and financial management in a MANUFACTURING setup (Preferably in a factory) and last 2 years in a leadership position.

ü Professional knowledge of Accounting, budgeting, Risk management, corporate finance, financial rules and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

ü Pragmatic, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, ability and willing to take decisive actions to see projects through to completion, Self-starter, Collaborative, Adaptable, and Agile with strong communication skills
