Role Overview: This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations, corporate services, and government relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing HR systems while maintaining cultural integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle HR operations including payroll, insurance, investigations, contracts, and end-of-service processes
- Lead cross-functional teams across corporate security, accommodation, and regulatory compliance
- Manage government platforms, licenses, and labor office requirements
- Design scalable HR frameworks that support rapid growth, automation, and cultural alignment
- Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute people strategy at scale
Your Profile
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior managerial role in Saudi Arabia
- Deep knowledge of Saudi labor law, government platforms, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams across HR operations, payroll, administration, and corporate services
- Experience in fast-paced sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, or consumer goods
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and crisis management capability
