A leading UAE-based food manufacturing company specializing in dairy and value-added food products.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on, strategic HR leadership role designed for someone who can navigate both the shopfloor and the boardroom. The HR Lead will be responsible for building and running HR operations in a business that’s scaling quickly and evolving structurally.
Key Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end HR operations — from hiring factory operators to onboarding sales teams
- Create and implement HR systems in a newly structured environment
- Manage performance reviews, grievances, payroll, and employee relations
- Own compliance, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives
- Act as a bridge between factory, field, and management teams
- Lead workforce planning and retention strategies with a proactive mindset
Your Profile
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in food manufacturing or similar industries
- Proven experience working with sales teams, supply chains, and production staff
- Strong understanding of labor laws and people dynamics
- Demonstrated success in setting up or stabilizing HR functions during growth phases
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Resilient, adaptable, and committed to building meaningful HR impact beyond policies
