Our client: A leading FMCG company is looking to hire an FP&A Manager.
Your Role: Reporting to the CFO, the role would be leading the FP&A department and ensuring that the budget and financial performance are in line with the business objectives. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews of business units. Provide insights/sales forecasting support and review Capex investment proposals and conduct a post-investment review.
Must Haves: Bachelors Degree with Qualified FP&A experience in an FMCG company.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Self-starter with a strong strategic and analytical mindset. Excellent problem solving and people skills. Strong skills in MS Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
