Job Description

Our Client: is a leading name in the FMCG industry, operating across the GCC region. They are hiring for multiple Key Account positions in the HORECA channel for Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Your Role: As a Key Account Manager – HORECA, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts across the hospitality, catering, and institutional foodservice sectors in the Abu Dhabi and Dubai region. The role requires a strong focus on driving sales growth, expanding distribution, and ensuring superior customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HORECA key accounts in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with a focus on catering clients.
  • Establish and follow a structured daily route cycle to ensure optimal market coverage and customer engagement.
  • Identify and acquire new accounts across the Abu Dhabi and Dubai region to expand coverage, penetration, and distribution.
  • Build and maintain a detailed database of customers, territories, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure high service-level delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets across revenue, coverage, customer base expansion, and collections.
  • Provide market feedback and input into monthly sales activities, promotions, and campaigns.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales / key account management experience within FMCG, with proven exposure to HORECA and catering.
  • Strong portfolio of existing relationships with catering companies, hotels, and institutional clients in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and drive account expansion.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage route cycles effectively.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
